Contemporary Elegant Bathroom

This small dark bathroom needed to be rescued from dying of boredom!

The Challenge

  • Make this small space look as big as possible.

  • Create a relaxing space for guests and for spending private time.

The Solution

  • Visually heightened the ceiling by removing useless and hollow bulkheads.

  • Visually "doubling" the amount of light by maximizing mirrored spaces and mounting lighting fixtures directly on the vanity mirror.

  • Used serene "water" colours on the backsplash and shower surround to promote relaxation.

  • Provided an overall updated elegant and clean look with the use of stainless steel, neutral tone granite and limestone.
