Who We Are

Married since 1995, Janice and Wayne are active volunteer members of their local and professional communities.

Janice writes a bi-monthly design advice column for the York Region Newspaper Group and is acting Chair of the Decorating Advisory Committee at Humber College.

Wayne shares his love of sports coaching house league hockey for 5 consecutive years and acting as a volunteer chair for the Keller Williams charity golf event.

With a broad experience in residential and commercial renovations, numerous appearances on CityLine, Take this House and Sell It, Breakfast Television and published in Canadian House & Home and Mompreneur magazines, Clements Interiors designs highlight both form and functionality.

A certified interior decorator and AutoCad designer, Janice's client-focused processes are at the heart of interior design services that guide clients to designs that reflect their personality and speak to their individuality.  "Our ability to genuinely hear our clients is the backbone of our service.  Our willingness to listen is what ultimately differentiates us from other design companies."

As a licenced Realtor with Keller Williams, Wayne provides a full range of client-centred real estate services while bringing an extensive background of renovation expertise to every deal.  Wayne is a member of the KW Agent Leadership Council and is the Lead Ignite facilitator for the KW market centre.

Always respectful of their clients' homes, the Clements team aims to bring the rules of design and common sense investment principles to their projects.  Wayne and Janice focus on building lifelong clients who can benefit from their extensive knowledge of investing in the home.

"Whether decorating, renovating, buying or selling a property, our projects are above all a process of collaboration with homeowners.  We genuinely care about our clients and and their opinions.  Our job isn't to impose our personal choices, but to ensure that projects reflect the client's lifestyle, tastes, personalities and investment preferences."

Clements Interiors exceptional service ensures every individual feels that investing in improving their home or property has been a valuable, efficient and enjoyable experience.
